The Epic Lunch Buffet includes one salad, one entree, one starch and one vegetable per person. The price reflects the options below, if you would like to make any additions, that is fine, but an additional fee will be added per person. Salad: Choice of one *Caesar Salad *House Salad *Caprese Salad Entree: *Chicken French *Chicken Marsala *Chicken Piccata with fried capers *Shrimp Scampi *Seasonal Vegetarian Option *Atlantic Salmon with lemon beurre blanc *Grilled Sirloin Steak with caramelized onion jam Starch *Lemon Dill Roasted red potatoes *Potato Puree (add Boursin or garlic confit) *Rice Pilaf *Baked ziti Vegetable: *Lemon garlic green beans *Medley of vegetables(zucchini, squash, carrots red peppers) *Honey glazed carrots *Maple brussel sprouts *Roasted root vegetables *Broccolini The price is $30 a person with a minimum requirement of 30 guests. For groups smaller than 30, the price per person will be adjusted accordingly.
